Terms & Conditions

BisQuid Enterprise
Business to Business (B2B)

These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales made via the BisQuid Enterprise website and related communications.
BisQuid Enterprise is a trading name operated by BisQuid ProMach Ltd (“the Seller”).

1. Business Customers Only

1.1 All products and services offered by BisQuid Enterprise are supplied exclusively on a Business to Business (B2B)basis.
1.2 By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that it is acting in the course of business, whether as a limited company, partnership or sole trader.
1.3 Consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and distance selling regulations for consumers, does not apply to transactions covered by these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • Buyer – the business purchasing goods from the Seller

  • Seller – BisQuid ProMach Ltd trading as BisQuid Enterprise

  • Goods – industrial food and meat processing equipment and related parts

  • Contract – the agreement formed under these Terms

3. Orders & Contract Formation

3.1 All orders constitute an offer by the Buyer to purchase Goods under these Terms.
3.2 A contract is formed only when the Seller issues written order confirmation or invoice.
3.3 Product images, descriptions and specifications are indicative only and may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances or supplier updates.
3.4 The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to acceptance.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT, which will be added where applicable.
4.2 Payment terms are as stated on the invoice or agreed in writing.
4.3 Orders may require full or partial payment in advance, particularly for made-to-order or imported equipment.
4.4 Late payments may incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.
5.2 Risk passes to the Buyer upon delivery.
5.3 The Buyer must inspect Goods immediately upon delivery.
5.4 Any damage or shortage must be reported:

  • within 24 hours by phone

  • within 48 hours in writing (email with photos)

Failure to do so will be deemed acceptance of the Goods.

6. Returns & Cancellations

6.1 Goods are not supplied on a trial or sale-or-return basis.
6.2 Orders cannot be cancelled once production or dispatch has commenced.
6.3 Returns are accepted only where:

  • Goods are damaged in transit

  • Goods are defective and not reasonably repairable

6.4 Returned Goods require prior written authorisation and must be unused and in original packaging.
6.5 A restocking fee may apply where applicable.

7. Warranty

7.1 All equipment supplied carries a 12-month warranty on parts unless stated otherwise.
7.2 Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
7.3 Warranty does not cover:

  • misuse or negligence

  • incorrect installation

  • failure to follow manufacturer instructions

  • unauthorised repairs or modifications

  • normal wear and tear

7.4 The Seller may repair, replace parts or provide technical support at its discretion.

8. Installation & Servicing

8.1 BisQuid Enterprise does not provide installation services.
8.2 Where requested, the Seller may recommend third-party installers. Any such services are:

  • provided independently

  • subject to separate agreements

  • not the responsibility of the Seller

8.3 Spare parts and after-sales support are available subject to availability.

9. Title & Ownership

9.1 Title to the Goods remains with the Seller until payment is received in full.
9.2 The Seller reserves the right to recover Goods where payment remains outstanding.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 The Seller shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential losses

  • loss of profit, production or business opportunity

10.2 Liability is limited to the invoice value of the Goods supplied.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Force Majeure

The Seller shall not be liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier delays, transport disruption, strikes, or acts of God.

12. Finance & Leasing

12.1 Where finance or leasing options are introduced, these are provided by third-party finance providers.
12.2 BisQuid ProMach Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and facilitates unregulated business finance only.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
