Flake Ice machine is used for producing ice in flake forms. Flakes with temperature of about –9⁰ C and 0,8 mm thickness are ideal for use in fish flesh processing appliances and as cooling material.

Construction: Flake Ice Generator is free-standing appliance, made of acid-resistant stainless steel with cooling unit built-in or installed outside of housing accordingly to client request.

Features: Automatic protection against:

-excessive ice in the container

-lack of water supply

-phase failure.
